Event Reminders:

Valentines Day Parties:

On Friday, February 12th, every class with have
their Valentines Day parties. Please check with
your child’s teacher to see what your child can
bring for their party. Please send enough
Valentine’s for your child’s class. You may put
your child’s name on the Valentine but please
leave the “To:” section blank. This makes it
easier for the children to handout their Valentines
to their friends.

Home School Field Trip:
Treasured Vessels in Mesquite
Friday, February 19th

Spring Pictures:
We will be having Spring Pictures on Friday,
March 12th. We will take outside pictures this
time! If the weather is bad, we will move the
date to Friday, March 26th.

Fall 2010 Enrollment

Fall enrollment will start Monday, February 22,
2010. The $50 annual registration fee will be due
at the time of your child’s registration and when
you turn in your paperwork to the office. The
supply fee will be due in August when the new
school year begins. There will be a staff member
at the office from 9-12 on this day.

Dance at Academy Kids

Center Stage Dance will be performing in the upcoming Christmas program with Ms. Juli. There is no cost for this. Please remember to pay your $25 monthly tuition on time. You can place your child’s dance tuition in the school’s tuition mailbox in the office but please make out your checks separately for dance and school. We will make sure Ms. Juli receives your child’s dance tuition

Carpool Procedures

You are welcome to walk your child to his/her class each morning but we encourage you to utilize our carpool system. Just pull to the door and a teacher will come out to your vehicle and take them to their class. Please do not park your car or get out of your vehicle. This not only slows the carpool system process but is also a fire hazard. Children really love the feeling of independence or getting out themselves and walking to class like a big kid!

Campbell's Labels for Education

For every label turned in we accumulate points towards classroom items, art supplies, computer software, music, math and science materials and more. Eligible Products are: Campbell's (Tomato Juice, Soup at Hand, Chunky Soups, Healthy Request, Supper Bake, Select and Soup to Go), Franco-American, Pepperidge Farm, Swanson, Market Day, V8 Beverages, and Prego Pasta Sauces.

Box Tops 4 Education

The school participates in Box Tops 4 Education. All you have to do is clip the "Box Tops 4 Education" on certain brands and turn them in to the school. For every Box Top clipped the school receives $.10 back. This has been a great fundraiser for the school in the past! We will provide you with a detailed list of these items if you'd like.
